• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before packaging the order.
  However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• Any cancellation of the order after placing an order will be done only after deduction of transaction amount paid towards payment gateways and other services
• 1ISTO64 COLLECTIBLES takes highest attention to detail while packaging products. However in In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same on +91 9311772549. The request will, however, be entertained with a complete uncut video recording of the bos and its contents.. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. 
• Any Product that is opened and damaged will not be considered for replacement or refund whatsoever.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
